WHERE DO I BUY TICKETS?
Tickets will be available for purchase at the door or skip the line and buy them in advance online.
WHERE IS THE SHOW LOCATION?
The Suburban Collection Showplace is located at 46100 Grand River Ave between Novi and Beck roads in Novi, Michigan. Grand River is easily accessible by I-96 exiting at Novi or Beck Roads.
WHERE DO I PARK? IS THERE A COST?
Suburban Collection Showplace has ample parking right at the facility. It is $10.00 per car per day.
ARE THERE ANY GROUP RATES?
We do have a group rate! School groups, scouts, senior citizen club, or any group of 12 or more can take advantage of the group rate for groups of 12 or more.
Adults: $11
Children ages 4-11: $7

CAN I BUY A PUPPY AT THE SHOW?
We do not allow dogs to be sold in the exhibitor area of the show. We do have puppies and dogs up for adoption from our reputable adoption groups in our Pet Adoption Area. We encourage you to meet these adoption groups in the Pet Adoption Area or visit the numerous rescue societies and clubs and make an appointment to either purchase or adopt a dog any time after the expo.
CAN YOU RECOMMEND A DOG-FRIENDLY HOTEL?

ARE WHEELCHAIRS & SCOOTER RENTALS AVAILABLE?
Yes, we have complimentary Wheelchairs and Electric Scooters available on a first come first serve basis. Please inquire at the ticket box office. We are unable to take reservations for these at this time and the guest must leave a valid ID for use. We do not rent or have strollers.
IS SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE THE FACILITY?
Smoking is prohibited inside of The Suburban Collection Showplace and the Diamond Center.
DO YOU HAVE CONCESSIONS AVAILABLE?
The Suburban Collection Showplace has a full service concession area available offering a variety of different food options. From healthy salads, soups, and sandwiches all the way to pizza, burgers, ice cream and popcorn. No outside food or beverages are allowed within the facility.
DO YOU HAVE ALCOHOL AVAILABLE?
Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited from being brought into the Novi Pet Expo. We will have a bar located inside the show for purchase.
DO YOU HAVE ATMS?
ATM’s are found around the lobby before entering the expo.
DO YOU HAVE LOST & FOUND?
If you have lost something during the Novi Pet Expo you can go to Show Office.
